Evie Dredge is our charming and super-organised Front of House legend. Luckily for you, she’ll be your first point of contact when you call to Raygun. Evie is integral to the smooth running of our facility and liaises closely with the production office to ensure our clients have everything they need during their visit to Raygun.

Affectionately referred to as EBOD, Elaine has been with Raygun since 2017 and has become an integral member of the team. She is an incredibly capable post-producer working across Commercial, Broadcast, Feature and Animation projects. She’s not French, but she does love to wear a Beret.

Leandro brings over fifteen years international experience in the craft of colour grading to the RAYGUN team. Beginning his career with O2 Filmes in Sao Paolo, Leandro has worked alongside some of the best directors and cinematographers in Brazil such as Fernando Meirelles, César Charlone & Adriano Goldman. He brings creativity and passion to each and every project and thrives on bringing his director's and cinematographer's visions to life. He is now a proud Balbriggan man.

Colm is a senior sound engineer who joined the Raygun team in 2014. His creative and enthusiastic work across all areas of audio post production make him a popular choice with clients. He is best known for his work on TV & Radio Commercials, TV programming and both domestic and international ADR. He is very dedicated to his work and has an IFTA for sound design to prove it. He also loves a pub quiz.

Steve is a highly creative and dedicated Sound Engineer with fifteen years of experience, across a wide variety of high end TV & Radio Commercials, TV Programming, Animation and Feature Films. His attention to detail is legendary, and his passion for sound comes through in all of his work. Steve has received 6 Emmy nominations for his work on projects such as ‘Angela’s Christmas’ and ‘Peter Rabbit’.

Andy rounds-off our strong and experienced Audio Department. With almost ten years experience under his belt in Animation, TV Drama and Feature films, Andy’s passion for sound is apparent in every project he takes on. He has a love for unconventional and surreal sound design and strives to bring each director's vision to reality.

Ciara joined Raygun in 2021 as Head of Facilities, bringing with her the wisdom of over fifteen years of industry experience. She has an in-depth understanding of the post-production needs of a project and works hard to make the process as smooth as possible for the client.

Emmet joined our Visual Effects and Motion Graphics Department in 2016, working on a diverse set of TV, Animation and Commercial projects since. Highly proficient in both 2D & 3D software he approaches each project with artistic flair and a cool head.

Francesca is a multi-roled online editor and edit/media assistant. With over fifteen years experience in production and post-production her proficiency & attention to detail are essential to every TV programme, commercial, film or documentary that arrives at Raygun.

Derek is a seasoned and skilled Senior Editor with a natural talent for storytelling, a brilliant sense of pace and a keen eye for detail. Over his twenty plus years honing his craft, he has carved out a name for himself on TV Documentaries, Commercials, Short Films, Music Promos, and Film Trailers.

Jamie is our edit assistant and media management operator. Working closely with our production, offline and online departments, Jamie ensures that our edit and finishing schedules run smoothly from start to finish.

Lisa is Raygun’s Financial Controller and has been with the team for over five years. After qualifying as an Accountant, she spent five years working in Sydney with an advertising agency before returning home and starting work in the Post Production Industry.

Michael has nearly twenty-five years experience in post production and digital media. He has worked across all elements of contemporary digital media, including picture, sound, design, media management, social and web. These days his primary focus is online editing but he still provides support and experience to other elements within our facility.

Ernest has been a vital member of the RAYGUN team since 2022. He began his life as a dog over one and a half years ago and brings his in-depth canine experience to every task asked of him. If he barks at you, you might want to take a long hard look at yourself.
